50 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

50 Single arm dumbbell clean and Jerks 50/35

50 Handstand Pushups (scale with dumbbell push presses)

-- 10 minute time cap

--scale reps to aim to finish close to the 10 minute mark

40/30/or even 20 reps of each
